Rezoria Store Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service define the rules for providing payment services via HotPay (ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k.) for the Rezoria store.
- Service Provider: ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k., ul. 27 Stycznia 9, 34-120 Andrychów; KRS: 0000655383; NIP: 5512627897; REGON: 366165170.
- Service User: Any Rezoria client making a payment.
- These Terms of Service constitute an integral part of the agreement for the provision of payment services.
- Payments are processed automatically and immediately after authorization, available 24/7.
- The transaction number (ID) is generated automatically and is immediately visible in the user panel.
- In the event of a payment failure due to the Service User's fault (e.g., incorrect data, lack of funds), the transaction is not settled, and the service is not provided.
- Refunds are possible only to the original account or card of the payer.
- After authorization, you will be redirected to the Rezoria service, where you will see the updated balance of Premium Points.
The subject of sale are digital content (Premium Points), which are made available immediately after the transaction is completed. According to Art. 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract is not granted to the consumer after the full performance of the service with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
- The consumer consents to the commencement of the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
- After the transaction is completed and the digital content are provided, the right to withdraw does not apply.
- ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k. is not liable for disruptions independent of the HotPay system.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of the payment data entered and for securing access to their account.
Under normal circumstances, Premium Points are granted automatically and immediately. In exceptional situations, complaints should be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase:

Personal data is processed by ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp.k. in accordance with the Payment Services Act and GDPR. The full Privacy Policy is available on the HotPay website.
